(Micrografx, Macromedia, The Richards Group) I'm the inventor of two UX-related patents. (Now held by Adobe.) In recent years, my work has earned two OMMA awards, a regional and national gold ADDY, and a Webby.
 
I delight in even the smallest magical interaction design. I also love diving deep into complex systems and making them not just understandable but intuitive for users.
